-Project tracking ¿ conduct tracking of projects and key metrics thereby enabling effective communication of project, program and portfolio status
-Planning ¿ Facilitates effective management of data review and reporting to facilitate planning and portfolio impact analysis
-Issue Resolution ¿ Provides the means for effectively providing info. to support managing portfolio issues
-Change Management and Communications ¿ Support the management of the flow of information among the various audiences and stakeholders
-Develop Management reports and presentations to demonstrate performance and operational metrics
-Quality Assurance ¿ Reviews and supports PMO metrics, quality standards and best practices
-Risk Management - Identifies and manages potential problems at a portfolio level
-Reviews information against developed benchmarks to drive transparency, value creation, and portfolio optimization
-Support PMO projects

Qualifications

Education and Specialized Skills: 

-BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
-2-5+ years experience in a financial services company
-2-5+ years PMO/project management support experience
-Expert level knowledge of Microsoft office suite including:  MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Sharepoint
-Experienced with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Clarity, PPM etc.
-IT and SDLC knowledge
-Flexibility and team work orientation

Experience: 

-Strong analytical skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experienced in creating/enhancing project reports
-Data analytics experience
-PMO tools and process development experience
