The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, developing designs and directing the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources to ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget. Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Develops and revises complex project plans, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field
This project manager will manage implementation activities for a SalesForce.com development effort. Experience with SalesForce is a plus, but not a requirement.
