Position Summary
It is Our mission to provide its internal business community user-friendly and flexible business applications that improve productivity and enable achieving business goals. We support legacy, client server applications and are migrating the organization to cloud technology such as Salesforce.com for Customer Relationship Management. The incumbent will lead change, work with business teams, IT counterparts and vendors to implement cost-effective and innovative solutions for successful delivery of global customer service operations.
Roles
· Manage and coordinate maintenance of Siebel customer service solution, including workforce optimization and mobility solutions
· Evaluate technology solution and collaborate with business teams to develop business case & implement solutions
· Manage project execution and resources to deliver on-time, on-budget and quality project deliverables
· Influence business and technology transformations through innovation and ideas
· Coordinate between business and technical community through translating business needs and analysis into artifacts that can be understood by technical resource, and vice versa.
· Negotiates with suppliers to ensure optimizes its cost structure.
· .Achieve process standards and continuous improvement
Qualifications
· At least 3-5 years of implementing enterprise CRM field service and workforce optimization solutions preferably with Siebel. Experience should cover end to end processes and technologies to enable field service management
· At least 3-5 years of implementing CRM end to end business solutions including other customer support areas such as call center, product support, IVR, etc.
· Experience with Salesforce.com service cloud is highly valued.
· At least 3-5 years of demonstrated project management skills of large enterprise projects with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule.
· Experienced in documenting and interpreting complex technical concepts.
· Demonstrate attributes of high integrity, collaborative leadership, agility, flexibility and the ability to learn.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience; Master Degree preferred
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
· Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
· International experiences a plus.
· Some travelling will be expected
· Business consulting experience a must - "big 5" experience a plus
· Candidate must either be a citizen or have a valid green card, or a current H1B visa
