·         Create Models and publishe packages for reporting using Cognos Frame Work Manager

·         Create Multi Dimensional Cubes using the Cognos Transformer

·         Develope reports in Cognos 8 Bi, Cognos ReportNet, MS-Access, MS-Excel and

Cubes Cognos using PowerPlay Transformer

·          Experience  in developing and testing Complex reports (List, Cross tab, Charts, Maps, Drill through, Master-Detail, and Cascading) and Dashboards using Report studio

·         Strong knowledge of various components within Cognos and how they interact with each other

·         Strong Knowledge of Data Warehousing, OLTP, OLAP concepts

·         Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling (Star and Snowflake Schemas)

·         Sound knowledge in SQL Queries and databases concepts

·         Involved in various activities of the Software Life Cycle

·         Self-starter with drive, initiative and a positive attitude

·         Strong analytical & good communication skills
