054 FT Sr. Manager Business Integration

Lower Fairfield County


Responsibilities:



       Lead business analysis efforts and define business and functional requirements and process flows and delivery of all business analysis artifacts for internal & external client 

       Drive the initiative forward, working closely with functional teams to contribute to solutions and planning

       Clearly communicate business priorities and requirements to functional teams

       Assist in the development of project plans with functional projects tracks

       Support technologists during solution design and execution

       Conduct System Testing to ensure requirements are accurately delivered

       Plan, facilitate and conduct User Acceptance Testing and User Training with all necessary documentation

       Work effectively at all levels with Business Units engaged in initiatives – sponsors, business managers, development, and testing teams

       Develop a strong working knowledge of Affinion Group’s systems, applications, business processes and operations for effective exploitation in initiatives

       Continually review, identify, and promote best practices and opportunities for improvement to the processes and organization based on observation and lessons learned

       Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project including change management, tracking of deliverables, and review of client artifacts before passing to the client






Requirements / Qualifications:

       Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

       Minimum of 5 years working as a Business Analyst or similar capacity supporting various size system integrations projects across multiple environments

       Working knowledge of business analysis methodologies, SDLC and project management lifecycle

       Methodology training, certification, and/or equivalent experience in project management discipline (Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)

       Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong Office skills including Visio, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

       Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; excellent communicator; written and verbal active listening

       Demonstrate leadership ability to participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of a project

       Ability to work in a multi-located team environment and promote collaboration among cross functional teams

       Must take initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities
Must be able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
