 Content Developer/Trainer, Customer Education

We are looking for an exceptional content developer and trainer to help us build and deliver training materials for our Customer Education Practice. This individual will develop Adobe Captivate Clips and other on-line and instructor lead training materials. This person will work closely with all the client departments and the client customers. We are looking for someone with experience delivering training to educators and/or education administrators.

Position Responsibilities:

 Author Professional Development material

 Delivering Professional Development courses

 Writing material for and administering the client U

 Work with the Manager, Customer Education and other the client teams to build a professional development curriculum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 BA/BS degree

 5+ years experience in instructional design or training development

 Experience with video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate or Camtasia)

 Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Learn.com/Taleo

 Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

 Strong presentation skills and comfort delivering training to a diverse audience

 Ability to articulate complex technological concepts in straightforward terms

 Excellent organizational skills

 Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 Knowledge of Longitudinal Data System concepts such as Data Quality, Data Privacy, etc.

 Experience working with public education sector staff (e.g., Administrators, teachers)

 Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools is highly desired
