6 months in NJ
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of Java (J2EE) Development experience including 3 years of experience developing sites for mobile devices and developing applications that interface with mobile device clients on various mobile platforms.
• Experience on iOS and Android platforms is a must
• Experience on Blackberry and Windows mobile platforms is a plus
• Java Certification is a plus.
• Must be proficient in SDLC processes
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and Visio tools.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with IT and business individuals and teams at all organizational levels.
• Must be a self-directed and highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a good team player.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills along with relationship building abilities
• eBusiness experience a major plus
• Previous experience or knowledge of MetLife businesses / processes is a plus
