DataStage ETL DEVELOPER (Consultant)

Position Responsibilities:

 Developing ETL using IBM InfoSphere DataStage

 Testing of ETL plans and processes

 Must perform work at offices in NY and at customer sites around the United States.

 Travel 10 – 20%

 Project timeframe - 6 months to 2 years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree

 4 -7 years related experience

 High level of understanding of relational database schema

 Experience extracting, manipulating and loading data (ETL)

 Experience writing SQL statements for analyzing data

 Experience testing data load processes

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 Experience with logical and physical relational data models

 Experience with data integration projects merging data from multiple sources

 Experience with MS Word, Access and Excel

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

 Extensive experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage

 Knowledge of MS SQL Server, or Oracle DBMS
